Gadar Chauffeur Services LLC conducts its business based upon reservations made in advance. In order to book a reservation the client must submit a debit or credit card on the online reservation system. Clients will have up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick up date to cancel at which the client will not be charged. If the client chooses to cancel within the 24 hour period, a 50% charge will be applied to the card on file. The clients credit/debit cards will not be fully charged until the trip has been completed, at which additional trip expenses incurred will be added to the fare. For accounts needing an invoice for each trip, one will be provided depending on your organization's preference.
Wait time applies to lay-overs and the time that surpasses the grace period allotted to each client. Each client has a 15 minute grace period upon the scheduled pick up time at which the client will incur a fee of $1.00 per minute once the grace period has elapsed.
Clients will also be responsible for all of the following fees:
A grace period of 30 minutes is allocated to domestic flights.
A grace period of 60 minutes is allocated to international flights
A wait fee of $1.00 per minute will be imposed once the allocated wait period has elapsed.
