How many vehicles do you currently have?
Currently we have a 2017 Kia Optima which is operated by Gadar Ground Transportation. Once we acquire more vehicles, it will be posted online.
What is the difference between Gadar Ground Transportation & Gadar Chauffeur Services?
Gadar Chauffeur Services should be fully launched in the summer of 2019, and will provide a bespoke concierge service at a premium. Gadar Ground Transportation is more focused on providing a great service at a competitive rate, in order to offer a better solution than Uber or Lyft.
How do I reserve a vehicle?
By simply contacting us we can confirm availability as well as the total cost of the trip. Once agreed upon we'll send you confirmation via email.
What information is needed to establish an account to book a reservation?
Generally just your full name, best contact number, email address and your billing address. Please contact us if you would like to create a corporate account.
What is your base fare?
Gadar Ground Transportation offers fixed rates for airport transportation, please contact us to find out what the fixed rates are. Point-to-point transportation is based on $1.50 per mile. Our rates are not based on time, however in some instances we will charge .50 cents per minute for wait time.
What type of credit cards to you accept?
Currently we are using Square for all credit card transactions. We accept all major credit cards. Payments are processed upon completion of each trip. Gadar Ground Transportation does not take personal checks.
How much time in advance should I book a reservation?
You should give us at least 24-48 hours at the least so we can confirm our availability to ensure your satisfaction.
Can I cancel a reservation at any time?
Yes you can, we would appreciate it if you can at least give us 24 hour notice. There is also no fee for any cancelations.
Where do I meet my driver for air port pick-ups?
At curbside right outside of baggage claim. It is our general practice to arrive once your plane has landed and the driver will typically send you a text message to coordinate your pick up. Once outside, all you have to do is inform the driver of your exact pick up location and your driver will meet you there.
What happens if my flight is early or delayed?
Gadar Ground Transportation uses a flight tracker to ensure that we coordinate our arrival time for when your plane lands. Keep in mind that we generally don't charge for wait time; However, if your driver has arrived and your flight is further delayed for more than 30 minutes you will be subject to a wait fee which is based on .50 cents per minute. It is our goal to ensure that our clients are completely satisfied so once again we do our best to plan your pick ups accordingly. For international flights where you might have to go through customs, wait time will incur after an hour of your flight landing.
